Roscon OF KINGS!

Every year at my house at this time as we make Christmas cookies, not a day of kings without a twisted roll of kings and yummy home.

This tradition began oddly enough my parents in my house with the Thermomix and without any knowledge of pastry or roscones, and of course, without knowledge is like sometimes things go better.
Then I enter the world of food and of course I got involved in the cause by making a greater amount of roscones for neighbors, acquaintances, etc.

Now after studying pastry and take years doing roscones not be allowed to spend a year without roscón principle and inviting friends to do the tasting exhaustive.

This year, unfortunately, I have attacked the flu and a stomach virus so roscones batch has been reduced to two and enough has been.

Here you have photos of the two roscones this year, that the truth over the years, the technique is improving, they only lasted 2 hours. HAHAHAHAHAHA
